Meet the Founder
Raised in Sacramento, Eliseo developed an interest for fashion during his early teen years. From experience, he discovered that an outfit sets the tone for the day, and therefore took a leap forward into the fashion industry to encourage people to become confident with themselves, starting with how they dress. He preaches that creativity is important to success, and that there is not a specific method to be successful, but one’s own. With a starting knowledge of zero, Eliseo continues to learn about the industry through experience and studying his mentors. Blending elegance, creativity, passion, and practice, Eliseo strives to have a positive impact in the fashion industry as well as the community surrounding him, by welcoming you to CHEO. Fashion is not just clothing but a message and a statement to the world.
